Who we are

Cloud Recipe ("we", "us") is a cloud consulting firm. This policy describes what information we collect through cloudrecipe.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, organization, email address, project type, and the message you write. We do not require a phone number, and we do not collect payment information through this site.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — which we use for security and to keep the site running reliably.

How we use it

Information you submit is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, delivering the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask to receive it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We keep the site intentionally lightweight.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs as our infrastructure provider. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. Neither service receives the contents of your inquiries beyond what is technically necessary to serve the site.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. If you'd like your information deleted, ask and we'll remove it unless we're legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights. To exercise any of these, reach out through our contact form.

Children

This site is directed at businesses and government agencies. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted prominently.
